Hello Elfyn McBratney,

On the GIF issue, I was already aware of this, actually GIF in Dutch means:
"poison" and that pretty much sums up my view on the GIF image file format.
It was first my understanding that you simply do not want GIF images to be
hosted on the web space you make available for projects.

However, I can assure you that the Donorge project has no single GIF
dependency! The GIF images you came across are old leftovers or part of
testing items and are not required by Donorge. But I understand your point of
view and have removed the unneeded files and converted the other 2 to PNG
(altough we wont need these current samples for long). Please understand that
the PNG image file format is the default and prefered only one used with
Donorge.

To put it simply: all GIF images have been removed/converted, a new tar is
available here: http://testing.donorge.org/donorge.tar.gz and PNG is the
standard image file format for Donorge. The testing project itself on
http://testing.donorge.org now also uses the updated tar.

Regards,
Casper Planken
