Hi,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Your project seems fine except for the jpgraph dependency. Aside from
the fact the QPL is incompatible with the GNU GPL and cannot legally
be used by donorge, JpGraph is released with an additional that makes
it non-free: "(Please note that the license does not allow the the
free version to be used in a commercial context."

So your project requires proprietary software and cannot be hosted on
Savannah for this reason.

Savannah is willing to provide resources and time to developers
writing Free Software that can be used without the need to ask
permission from proprietary software vendor.

You are welcome to register again your project if you get rid of this
dependency.

Thank you for your understanding.
Regards,
