A package was submitted to savannah.nongnu.org
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
Marco Benelli <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: Boolean Networks Simulation
System name: bns
Type: non-GNU
Description:
Boolean Network Simulation
The software do some simulation with Random Boolean Networks.
Random Boolean Network is an important model of discrete dynamical
system.
The software is able to build networks, save and load them, evolve them,
find attractors in syncronous or asyncronous evolution.
The main executable is written in ANSI C, the simulation engine can be
compiled as a library.
There are alse some scheme (guile) scripts that do some useful task
on nets (decimation) and attractors (statistics, comparison).
Actually a scheme interpreter isn't embedded in main executable.
I haven't a URL with source code
Other Software Required:
Gnu Scientific Library (reccomended, not required)
