Summary: How do I create a new mailing list?

Original Submission: I want to create a new mailing list for the make project
on savannah.gnu.org, but the admin section for adding a list says it's disabled.

I'd like to create a make-commits mailing list attached to this project.

How do I go about that?

Thanks!

I've looked around, and without root on lists.gnu, we can't fix it. Excelated
to <sysadmin -AT- gnu -DOT- org>.

Hmm, this has happened to a couple of projects (with new lists) now. (8 lists
in total, including the groff move.) I guess we should treat this as a
critical bug and consult lists.gnu's oracle^Hroot. :/

I've changed the status of this tracker to 9 - Blocker to remind us all (well
me, I'm the slow one ;-) that this need's some tlc in the next few hours.

Thanks Sylvain. I can send an email to the list and I see that it exists
(because it says I'm not subscribed and need approval). But, I never received
a notification of my admin password so I can't log in as an admin. I see that
I am the admin of the list, though, if I go to the mailman listinfo page.

Don't know if it got lost in the mail or what...

Thanks!

You ask :) You should have received confirmation.

I guess you want to use that ML for log_accum?
