Summary:  Uploads don't appear in download area

Original Submission:  I try to upload Tramp 2.1.2 files since last Sunday. The 
upload seems to be fine, but the files don't reach the 
download area. Email to savannah-hackers didn't help (no 
reply).

I've seen the message that there are some problems recently.
Do you have a forecast when it will be folved?

Aah, a minority of projects are still affected by the gpg-pubkey-creating bug, 
but I'm working on that today, and will be fixed by tonight - at the latest. :-)
