More or less. We have a recurrent bug with daily tarball generation,
due to a very big repositories causing the whole process to frequently
stale. We are currently thinking about the cleaner way to fix
these. That tarball you get was probably outdate (should no longer be
the case right now).

Theoretically, you can already run aspell in the lisp file (why
not?). About reusing them, it should not be a problem to write a lisp
script that run every commands and put the output in a define output
format.
