Hi Heiko Stamer:

You have to remove the 'xskat' dependence, because the license of this
project is a GPL-Incompatible, if you remove this dependence we can
accept the project in Savannah.

I don't have suggestions for a new name, but you can try with FreeSkat
or even with a name without the 'Skat' word on it.

As you explain it, the 'open' word should not be considered from the
philosophical point of view, but if we do not make the difference
anyone will see your project thinking that has more relation with the
Open Source movement rather than the Free Software movement.

I reviewed your source code and you have some problems with the License
Notices, this because the address of the FSF has changed and is now:

59 Temple Place, Suite 330 Boston, MA 02111-1307 USA

Please update your sources files and your COPYING file, there's some
Copyright Notices and License Notices missing in some files, check that
too.

You should consider put the README and TODO file under the GNU FDL,
because any file of more than 10 lines should carry a Copyright and
License Notices to read more about it and learn how to use it, read
this URL:

     http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.html

I found a file under po/ directory called de.po, this file has a
Copyright Notices for the Free Software Foundation. The Free Software
Foundation really has the Copyright on this file?. Consider to check
the Copyright of this file. If you want to assign the Copyright of
this file to the Free Software Foundation, please read this URL:

     http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Legal-Matters.html

With theses changes your project will be approved.
