Apologies for all these inconveniences. The webpage is fixed, this
seem to be a "race condition" when the project and the associated
webpage area is created.
Regarding the upload, your GPG information is not synced to the system
yet. I'll investigate it now.

Not yet. This is in our tasks list.

Yes, the homepage can only be modified via the webcvs repository.

I did not see a pending project submission from you. If you mean a
user account, then you should have automatically received a
confirmation mail, but I am not sure what you mean.
