It seems to be link-path problems with the renamed project.

Tech support manager => Do not work (Bad group= in the link)
Browse Web page repository => Do not work (Points to /cvsroot/gnu-gv
instead of to /cvsroot/gv)
Bug tracking => Do not work (Bad group= in the link)
Task Manager => Do not work (Bad group= in the link)
Patch Manager => Do not work (Bad group= in the link)
The homepage link => still points to ww.gnu.org/software/gnu-gv

I hope these errors to be simple bad links.
