[Savannah-hackers] savannah-announce and savannah-users mailing lists

Hi,

In the front page of http://savannah.gnu.org it says that:

We provide two mailing-lists that you may want to subscribe to:

    * savannah-announce: low-volume notifications of important issues 
and changes at Savannah
    * savannah-users: discussion of savannah-announce and any 
user-oriented topic
</quote>

However, the link to the archive of savannah-announce is broken and
the last message sent to savannah-users is in the month 2003-07. Should
we remove that bit from the main page.

Also, can we only have 3 or 4 `news' in the `Latest News' section?
