Phan Anh Le <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: ConceptBib
System name: conceptbib
Type: GNU

Description:
This project aims at providing extension plugins to Dia, which is an open
source diagram drawing software. The extension offers functionalities that
integrate Concept Mapping, a field in psychology, bibliographic management
tools, such as BibTeX and EndNote.

Initial version supports BibTeX as the main bibliographic format. This can be
extended to support potential others.

Current URL of the project is
http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~phanl/submission/

The source code is stored in

http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~phanl/submission/programs

Detailed description can be found within the thesis report linked from the URLs
above.

The project need Dia source code to compile and run. We are aiming at providing
a drag-and-drop plugin, which will be copied to default Dia folder without
compilation.

Other Software Required:
This project employs BibTeX parser and conversion tool, which is open sourced
by Putnam (http://www.scripps.edu/~cdputnam/software/bibutils/bibutils.html).
The parser serves as a part of the project library.
