Hello.

You only have got a .gnu.org project, at first. ;-) The .nongnu.org is only a
"redirection".

But the http://www.gnu.org/server/standards/translations/persian/ should be
created by the translation team, because we don't have any direct access to
gnu.org - so simply, we cannot creat any directories there. But maybe Alex
can help you - so I cc'ed him once more.
