Follow-up Comment #1:
What do you mean by CVS module?
- top-level directory: you can, you need to checkout '.', mkdir the module in
your working copy and commit it
- directory alias in CVS/modules referencing an existing location: that file
is protected because we disallow local access to Savannah, and this file can
be configured to trigger arbitrary commands on checkout. I can manually add a
line there for you though.
