This is becoming confusing.
In this case, if I don't reply, maybe you'll believe I didn't read
your mail.
And if I reply, I mess with your tracker system.
If you don't expect a reply immediately, I think the system should not
send a reminder after N weeks. It should only send a reminder when you
expect a progress status - and a reply.
