I've contacted tech support of my provider and below is the transcript of our
chat for your consideration:

which does "callback verification" as they say, and apparently this
verification won't succeed in my side, thus their mailing service will
refuse to receive my message. How can you help me?

Allan Ross: Ali, I have consulted this issue with one of our
specialists and he mentioned that the issue is from the their end and
you need to contact them to resolve the issue.

Ali Servet Dönmez: How did he be sure about this? I mean they too said
the same to me.

Ali Servet Dönmez: I don't wanna bounce my self here and there with no
results?

Ali Servet Dönmez: Could you please explain me what's wrong exactly?

Allan Ross: Ali, one of our specialists checked the transcript and he
had mentioned that we are unable to do any thing for the callback
verification from our end.

Allan Ross: I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Ali Servet Dönmez: Okay Allan, thank you very much. I'll get back to
them and mention what you've said.

Allan Ross: Sure.

Allan Ross: You're welcome!
