[Savannah-help-public] automatic git->cvs bridge not activated

It seems that the automatic creation of the git->cvs bridge doesn't
work for manually added git repositories.  I get the following message
while doing

  > cvs -d:pserver:address@hidden:/freetype/freetype2.git \
        co -d freetype2 master

  GITCVS emulation needs to be enabled on this repo
  the repo config file needs a [gitcvs] section added, and the
  parameter 'enabled' set to 1

  GITCVS emulation disabled

In case this automatic activation is not true, please update the
`UsingGit' page.

Please activate the bridge for the following repositories:

  freetype/freetype2.git
  freetype/freetype2-demos.git
