Details:

I just submitted a new bug report for gnewsense project. It's bug number is
28179. After that I browsed the gnewsense bugs and saw that this bug report
has a "Submitted On" time of "Sat 05 Dec 2009 10:48:13 AM GMT".

The bug report beneath that in the list, number 28177, has a "Submitted On"
time of "Sat 05 Dec 2009 12:58:50 AM GMT". This bug report was in reality
submitted before the one I submitted, but its submit time is after that of my
bug report.

It's even weirder than that: the submit time of 28177 is even in the future.
According to 'date --utc' on my system it is now Sat 05 Dec 11:14 UTC.
