Details:

Non-GNU avr-libc project page link:
https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/avr-libc/

The page describing anonymous SVN access appears to have incorrect path to
repository (https://savannah.nongnu.org/svn/?group=avr-libc)

The given instruction via http access is:
svn co http://svn.savannah.nongnu.org/svn/project/modulename

This will report an error saying project moved to gnu.org and requests the
user to relocate. If the path is modified as below, checkout (or any access)
works fine.

svn co http://svn.savannah.gnu.org/svn/avr-libc/trunk
(Please note the change in savannah.gnu.org and savannah.nongnu.org)

I think webpage needs to be modified as avr-libc is still a nongnu project.
