Hi,

There is no personal e-mail account service provided directly by GNU
Savannah.

I know that GNU provides e-mail accounts for its biggest volunteer
supporters. The best way to get one is to contact the Volunteer Coordinator
and specify your goal is to earn an e-mail account with a list of things that
you may be willing to do for it from the GNU Help web page.
