Hi.

This problem is virtually the same as #107629 but I noticed that that ticket
is still open & unresolved so I thought I start anew.

I've received no confirmation email for the setting up of account:

email: address@hidden

& I was wondering if this matter could be expedited.

Any help appreciated.
