Follow-up Comment #1:

To reset your password please request a new login token to be emailed to your
address on file.  The login screen has a link "Lost your password?"  Click on
that link.

  https://savannah.gnu.org/account/lostpw.php

That will email you with a token that is good for three days.  Follow the
instructions and your password will be reset.
