Follow-up Comment #2, sr #108822 (project administration):

since it is trivial for any address to forward to any other address, something
which we would have no way to know, it seems pointless to worry about
address@hidden

as far as i can imagine, the real point of not allowing the same addr to be
associated with multiple accounts is to not to prevent someone from
registering twice, but so that lost passwords and other such account-related
email has a unique destination.
there's no problem with addr+suffix in that case.
