With respect, I'm thinking it's time to rethink Savannah as a whole.   If you
guys could move to something else that would require less intervention from
the operators it would be best.   This is the whole reason why the idea of
moving to another repo hosting service has been hotly debated in the GNUstep
community as of late.

Savannah, at it's inception, was a great idea... but that was many years ago
now and many more things are expected of a hosting service by developes at
this point.  I would love to help in any decision along those lines or even
help the savannah hackers in any way I can.  My limitation is time.  So long
as that's understood I would not mind helping them out.
