Thank you, fixed.  Now you should be able to edit your skill list and make it
public; in 2019, adding resume was disabled for users who aren't members of
any Savannah group.

Savannah is the forge for the GNU Project; please
[//www.gnu.org/gnu/why-gnu-linux.html don't say that GNU/Linux is "Linux"]
when using our facilities.
