I think that is the wrong pythondoc ;)

Try this one: http://effbot.org/zone/pythondoc.htm - I couldn't find any info
about licensing on the site though.

I have included a new COPYING file, and updated the docs to have infomation
about license.  To see how this looks reference http://pie.plexq.com/ where
the PIE docs are live.
