  castget is intended to be a simple RSS enclosure downloader. While RSS
enclosures in principle can be any file associated with an entry in an RSS
file, castget is intended to be used for retrieving podcasts.

It is a non-interactive, command-line based utility that may be run from the
user's cron table. 

The flow of the program is straighforward: Based on an .ini-style
configuration file, it iterates the list of configured feeds or a subset of
these, downloads RSS files, checks for new enclosures, optionally downloads
these, and marks the enclosures as downloaded. For each downloaded enclosure a
set of postprocessing operations may be performed.

The postprocessing operations include
 - Tagging of downloaded media files.
 - Automatic maintainance of m3u playlists.
 - User-defined pre- and post-processing commands.

If the project proves to be successful, I'll probably split the code into an
LGPL'ed libcastget and a GPL'ed castget utility.
