Hi,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Your projects meets the Savannah requirements, except that we cannot review
your source code yet.

We prefer to see some source code before to approve a project. Do you need to
project right now? If yes, please say why; we may approve it temporarily now
and review it in a week. If not, we would rather you resubmit it later on.
