At first, you documentation lack information about licensing.
If you would like to release it under the FDL, please follow the
instructions:

In order to release your project properly and unambiguously under the FDL,
please place copyright notices and permission-to-copy statements after the
title page of each work.

In addition, if you haven't already, please add a copy of the FDL
(available from http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.html in various formats)
as a section of your works , and as plain text in a file named 'COPYING'
(http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.txt).

including a smaller notice that you can use in auxiliary files.


At second, do the files in src/sqlite3 belong to you?
The files lack information about copyright (holder) and license.

If the files aren't yours, we keep

"The author disclaims copyright to this source code.  In place of
a legal notice, here is a blessing:

May you do good and not evil.
May you find forgiveness for yourself and forgive others.
May you share freely, never taking more than you give."

as the license notices, which seem to be GPL compatible.
But I'll try to clarify this point.
But the copyright is still missing, do you know where you get the files
from?



At third, the *png files in src/ lack information about the license and
copyright, too.
Please include for these files a README file in that directory where you put
the whole license/copyright notices and permission-to-copy statements down.
