Follow-up Comment #13, task #12640 (project administration):
bitstreams/src/* are not linked to the main software at all, only distributed
alongside it for convenience. In fact, they don't even represent software:
these are hardware source codes. If the problems with the ZTEX driver code are
considered resolved, perhaps it would make sense to simply stop distributing
their hardware design?
Also, I am curious why GPLv3-only is a problem.
