fbvbconv.py is a quick Python hack to convert
FRITZ!Box voice box recordings from proprietary
format to wav.

Tested on Debian sid with Python 3.5.2.
Requires package libspeex1 (libspeex.so.1),
the speex decoder is called using Python's ctypes
module for simplicity.
