Sure I can do that I've access to gitorious mirror of Silpa (but it
will evening when i do this since i'm in office now).. I checked the
code already and it looks fine for me. You can clone gitorious
instance in the webdashboard and add its ssh url to your existing
github clone. Just follow these steps
1. Copy ssh URL of silpa gitorious clone in webdahsboard
2. git add gitorious ssh_url_from dashboard (in silpa directory cloned
from github)
3. git push gitorious
4. Now you should be able to raise merge request from gitorious dashboard

This is the flexibility of git I've savannah gitoroious mirrors in
same git clone.
