[silpa-discuss] Need tutorials on how to contribute to silpa

The Silpa project is awesome and it needs more contributions.

We need some tutorials or developer documents on how to contribute to
silpa-flask.

There are more things to do as
create pypi modules from old silpa
create UI and use the new pypi modules in silpa-flask

I am trying to do something for silpa-flask for the entire day.
Getting tons of queries and no clue on how to proceed further.

Is it possible to write some dev doc or hold some training over IRC?
