Yes agreed but I'm not getting enough time to write down some document
but again its not that complex project also it should be easy to start
if not please write to this list

Yes and this is not difficult task just separate module from old SILPA
remove dependency on old silpa check if any dependency is required and
if its already hosted on github either by me(copyninja) or Jishnu
(jishnu7) if not you need to create pypi modules of the dependency
too. This task just requires you knowledge of python packaging.

UI is already in place and is also hosted at [1]
