Right.  This bit has to do with integration with the legacy PKS
keyserver system.  When a key is added via the http interface, SKS
want to forward that key to some PKS system, so that the PKS system
will stay reasonably in sync with SKS.  To that end, you need to set
up at least one email of a PKS server in your mailsync file, else SKS
will fill your logfile with these nudgy errors.

This explanation would probably make a great FAQ entry, if anyone
wants to do it.
