I was unclear: DNS-SD also uses SRV records, but uses different Service
names (as in _Service._Protocol.example.org) and GnuPG has switched to
those.

Thus:
% dig +short -t srv _hkp._tcp.spodhuis.org
10 10 11371 sks.spodhuis.org.
% dig +short -t srv _pgpkey-http._tcp.spodhuis.org
10 10 11371 sks.spodhuis.org.
% dig +short -t srv _pgpkey-https._tcp.spodhuis.org
0 0 0 .
