Dear list,

Now that I've finally gotten around to removing dependance on a single
keyserver for sks-keyservers.net, I once again dare to try to upgrade
to an up to date version of SKS for keys.kfwebs.net as well.

However, while trying to use 1.1.3 (more specifically, while trying to
do a fastbuild / start sks), I encounter:

! repmgr_set_local_site must be called before repmgr_start
! Unknown ack_policy in DB_ENV->repmgr_set_ack_policy
! illegal flag specified to DB_ENV->close

I've tried with BDB versions 4.6.21 and 4.7.25, and ocaml version is
3.12.1.

The system itself is Gentoo running on x86_64. So far I've tried
building BDB using portage - however, I've patched the ebuild so that
I compile with --enable-pthread_api (which is not included by default)
- - something that resulted in another set of errors.

While searching the archives I found [0] and [1], but it doesn't seem
like a solution was found (or at least published to the list)

Does anyone have any tips on how to resolve this?
