FWIW, I see the same on stock 1.1.4 and cryptokit 1.5 as well;

gentoo1 sks # sks version
SKS version 1.1.4
Compiled with Ocaml version 3.12.1 and BDB version 4.6.21
This SKS version has a minimum compatibility requirement for recon of
SKS 0.1.5
Further details about the BDB environment can be seen by executing
db4.6_stat -x in the KDB and Ptree directories
