Generally: Network and routing issues can of course happen, that is
one of the reasons for geographical pools as well, in addition to
reducing the roundtime delays. If there is a timeout for a specific
server, while there is a sufficient amount of servers still in the
pool, this is not a problem from the pool's perspective
Specifically: Ok, it sounds odd if the issue only exists for port 80
connectivity. I did a manual check now and it is listed as OK, so
could've just been an intermittent network issue and will correct
itself on next update run.
