speechd and software dectalk?

Hi
Yes, it does have an API. However, a programmer I am not, so I'm not sure how
to implement it. Software dectalk is not free, either, so if someone else is
ever going to try and attempt to build a driver for it, they'll have to shell
out a bit of cash.
