It's defined near the end of de_rules, in the line:
@ kl'ame:@,af@
You can change that to:
@ at
Or alternatively you make a new file, dictsource/de_extra which
contains the line:
@ at
de_extra acts as an extension to de_list, so you can add your own
pronunciation here for words and symbols.
In both cases, you should re-compile the German dictionary data with
the command:
espeak --compile=de
--
