well, we can parse SSML for the voice tags, and then send text to one
or another synth,
I do not see any problems with. But of cause the same tts engine will
produce better results.

IMO, one of the SD's goal is to hide the difference in capabilities.
But I'm fine for now with the current approach: module/languages

This I didn't get, I guess I have answered it above.
