[Straw-devel] Feedparser 3.x

Hi,

First of all, I want to thank skadz for making me do it :-) FeedParser 3.x is
now in my branch.

Please test. I've been testing it since last night and seems ok here. Please
report all bugs/regressions you find. They have to be fixed before 0.24 gets
released. 

Feedparser also supports multiple parsers from python-xml, libxml-python, and
if both are missing, will default to the old regex-based parsing.
