Firefox requests focus when you click on it (annoying and stupid, yes)
and stumpwm always grants it. ratpoison has the rudeness command which
would probably be a good thing to add to stumpwm.
Rudeness will probably appear as a set of variables, something like
*normal-window-raise-on-request* etc.
I added some code so the frame indicator pops up. At least you get
some indication of the focus change, now.
