[STUMP] Mouse clicks changing focus

For some reason, if I have two frames, one with the focus and one with
Firefox (or Conkeror), and I click on the Firefox frame, then the
Firefox frame will get the focus.  I was going to ask if this was
expected behavior, but then I noticed that this doesn't happen if I
click on other non-focused, so I take it it's a bug.  But I'd have no
idea how to fix it.
