I use SBCL.

This bug is not always occur.
Just sometimes.
It's occur when I execute "windowlist" command.

And in the "the octet sequence 1 cannot be decoded", is not always "1".
Sometimes will "3" or "4".

My local is zh_CN.UTF-8, so I setup below in ~/.stumpwmrc

(setf (stumpwm::getenv "LANG") "zh_CN.UTF-8")

And a very strange thing is, when I use "quit" command quit StumpWM and
restart StumpWM, everything is okay.
