[STUMP] A bug of StumpWM.

Hi, everyone!

I have build git version of StumpWM.

And sometimes i will got below error information:

"Error: c-string decoding error (:external-format :UTF-8): the octet
sequence 1 cannot be decoded"

But when i "quit" StumpWM and restart it.
And everything is fine.

Why?

This is a bug?
