[STUMP] Sloppy focus and frames not being activated

Sometimes, when I move to a frame with xfce4-terminal, Opera, Firefox or
Thunderbird in it, the window isn't focused.

Very visible in xfce4-terminal, as inactive windows have a hollow cursor
and active windows have a solid cursor.

I'm using :SLOPPY focus. Could this be the reason why it's happening?
I'm trying :CLICK for a while now to see if that solves it.
