Happens with :CLICK too.
How to reproduce:
Set your group up like this:
Frame 1: Opera with a heavy page that takes some time to load
F2: xfce4-terminal
Go to F1, reload the page and immediately switch to F2.
When Opera has reloaded, it issues some kind of X request that steals
focus, making the xfce4-terminal cursor hollow, /but/ F2 will still be
selected.
No magic settings in ~/.stumpwmrc.
