[Swftools-common] extracting from Impress slides

Actually all the t1lib files are installed - debian puts t1lib.h 
in /usr/include/  - I'm not sure what pdf2swf is looking for - tried to look 
in the makefile but couldn't find any reference to that file.  Where does 
pdf2swf expect it to be ?
