[Swftools-common] compilation problems

Greetings all,

I got the source for swftools via CVS and after a successful compilation
of avifile, I attempted to compile swftools.  The configure went fine,
but when I attempted 'make,' I got the following error:

I'm not really sure what to make of it.  Does anyone have ideas?  I'm on
Fedora Core 1, if that helps.  I looked through the archives of the
list, and I didn't see anything that matched this error.  BTW, I had
tried to download the tar.gz files, but I received a 'not in gzip
format' error from gzip.
